This is the season of watermelon. The summer fruit has a huge demand in the markets for its unique thirst-quenching taste. Traders bring the fruit to the capital from the southern part of the country, particularly from Bhola.
Our photographers took the pictures from Badamtali Ghat in the capital, which show unloading watermelons from boats and workers carrying them to warehouses.
