Russia's "unjustified and unprovoked" attack on Ukraine is putting countless innocent lives at risk, says Nato's secretary general.
Jens Stoltenberg says Russia has launched air and missile attacks, ground forces and special forces from multiple directions targeting Ukraine's military infrastructure and major urban centres, reports BBC.
"This is a deliberate, cold-blooded and long planned invasion," he says.
Russia's leaders will bear full responsibility for their reckless actions and the lives lost, he says.
