At least 40 Ukrainian soldiers and 10 civilians died during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday.
The invasion is forcing residents to flee for their lives, reports Moscow Times.
Earlier, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has also said that he will issue weapons to everyone who wants them, according to state media of the country.
Besides, Ukrainian military claimed that they have shot down five Russian jets and helicopters in the eastern region, as Russian troops moved into the neighbouring country's territories.
