Bangladesh cricket team continues to perform well in Zimbabwe as Tigers beat the host team by 5 wickets in the third and final ODI in Harare on Tuesday.
Batting first Zimbabwe put up a fighting total of 298 runs riding on three half centuries. But the score never looked unachievable to Bangladesh batsmen. Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das made 88 runs, highest by openers in this tour. Tamim made a magnificent century before he was caught out for 112 runs.
The star of the second ODI Shakib Al Hasan made 30 runs. Nurul Hasan and Afif Hossain finished the match quite well. Tamim was adjudged as ‘man of the match’.
In this tour Bangladesh also beat Zimbabwe in the lone Test match.
