‘Signing Lewandowski won’t be easy’

Xavi Hernandez has confirmed that Bracelona are in talks to sign Robert Lewandowski, but also mentioned that it  will not be an easy signing.

"It is a possibility that he could come, yes," Xavi said at a press conference on Saturday.

"He has said it publicly as well. There are negotiations, but it won't be easy, he has a one-year contract with Bayern."

Earlier, Lewandowski has confirmed that he does not want to stay at Bayern Munich. According to reports, the Polish wants to play in the Barca kit.  

Meanwhile, La Liga president Javier Tebas has warned the club that they cannot afford to sign him as to sign him they will need to raise a lot of money.
