The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the schedule for TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Sunday. The tournament will be held in Mumbai and Pune.
A total number of 70 league matches and four playoff games will be played in the duration of 65 days.
The 15th season of this event will start on 26th March with a blockbuster clash between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede stadium. The schedule and venue for the IPL 2022 playoffs is yet to be released.
