Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) beat Club Brugge by 4-1 in the final round of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) group game as Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi each scored a brace.

Mbappe took just two minutes to put PSG in front. The French man doubled the lead just after five minutes and made the scoreline 2-0 for the French side.

With his first goal, he broke one of Messi’s records. He reached UCL 30 goals at the age of 22 years and 352 days, while Messi was 23 years and 131 days old when he reached that milestone back in 2010.

Mbappe played brilliantly today. After scoring twice, he made an assist as well. Messi converted that into a goal in the 38th minute.

That was his 16th goal of the year from outside the box and 757 career goals (official), equal to Brazil legend Pele.

The first scoreline remained 3-0. Two goals were scored in the second half. Messi found the net once again while Mats Rits scored the only goal for the Belgian side.

Club Brugge tried to come back into the game. They pressed a lot and got a fruitful result as Rits made the scoreline 3-1 in the 68th minute.

But in the 76th minute, the French giants stretched their lead as The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner found the net from spot-kick and broke Pele’s record for most career goals.

Only the Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo is in front of Messi with 801 career goals.

Meanwhile, the English side Manchester City lost to RB Leipzig by 2-1. But with 12 points they are on the top of group A, while PSG are on the second with 11.
