BB’s intelligence unit seeks bank account details of Sayeed Khokon

The Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) has ordered banks to provide the account details of Sayeed Khokon, former mayor of the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).
The BFIU sent a letter to all banks in this regard on Tuesday.
Last month, a Dhaka court ordered the freezing of eight bank accounts of Khokon and his family members.
