Another consignment of 200 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen (LMO) came to the country from India by Indo-Bangla Express train.
The train reached the west bank of the Bangabandhu Bridge with 10 LMO containers at 10:20 am on Wednesday.
Officials of the importing company Linde Bangladesh received the oxygen in presence of the Western Railway and Bridge Police Station.
This liquid oxygen is being unloaded at west Saidabad station of Bangabandhu Bridge.
Oxygen will be taken to the Central Oxygen Plant in Narayanganj through Dhaka-Tangail highway.
Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Mosaddeq Hossain has confirmed the matter.
