PM Hasina to hold news conference on Wednesday

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold a press conference over the country’s overall situation on Wednesday.

The press meet will be held at 11am at her official residence Ganabhaban on the day, PM’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told the state-run news agency Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha.

The prime minister is set to open the much-hyped Padma Bridge on June 25 next and inspect the flood-hit Sylhet, Netrokona and Sunamganj districts on Tuesday.
