Former state minister for information and broadcasting Dr Murad Hasan has suffered injuries after a ceiling fan fell on his head.
The incident happened at around 8:00pm Thursday at the former minister’s home in Daulatpur village of Jamalpur’s Sarishabari upazila.
Murad was given three stitches and now is out of danger, confirmed Debashish Rajbangshi, the medical officer (in charge) of the Upazila Health Complex.
