Dhaka stocks opened flat on Tuesday in tandem with the profit booking fall in the previous session.
In the first 30 minutes into the trade, the benchmark DSEX index edged almost 2 points or 0.03 percent to close at 6,406.
Other indices, the Shariah-based DSES index witnessed fractional losses of 0.13 points to 1,390, and the blue-chip DS30 index moved down 4 points or 0.21 percent to 2,317.
