The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has extended the trading hours by 30 minutes with effective from Monday
The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has extended the trading hours by 30 minutes with effective from Monday.
The trade will begin at 10am and continue until 12:30pm, said the BSEC in a statement on Sunday.
The trading time has been extended to adjust with the banking time, it said.
The securities regulator decision came after the Bangladesh Bank reset the banking hours for customers from 10am to 1pm from Monday.
The BB earlier set the banking hours for customers from 10am to 12:30pm after the government had imposed a weeklong lockdown starting from April 5.
