Dhaka stocks start trading in green

Dhaka stocks started trading with a positive note on Wednesday, in line with the previous session’s upward trend.
In the first 30 minutes into the trade, the benchmark index DSEX has increased over 30 points or 0.42 percent.
Other indices, the shariah-based DSES index was up by 5.35 points or 0.35 percent and the blue-chip DS30 index increased by 6.16 points or 0.23 percent.
Over Tk 290 crore worth of shares traded so far in DSE index, where Fortune Shoes, Beximco, BSC, ACI ana Saif Power Limited were the top five traded stocks.
