Stocks open higher as govt moves to vaccinate 80 lakh people on Tuesday

Stock market indices opened higher on Monday riding on the mass vaccination efforts of the government and economic recovery.
The benchmark of Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSEX, which had closed at 7,237 on Sunday, rose 40 points in the first one hour and 20 minutes into the trade.
Other indices, the Shariah-based DSES and the blue-chip DS30 also increased.
LafargeHolcim, Orion Pharma and GPH Ispat were the top three traded stocks till filing the report.
