Dhaka Insurance Q2 earnings increase 113%

Dhaka Insurance company has posted about a 113 percent increase in its earnings in the second quarter ended June 2021 as against the same quarter last year.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 1.00 in Q2 from Tk 0.47 recorded in the same period a year earlier, said the insurer in a filing with the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday.
As of June 30, 2021, the company’s net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 20.93.
