BRAC is looking for an HR manager for its budget and payroll division.
The minimum educational requirement for the position is an MBA or Masters in Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university. However, candidates with PGDHRM will get preference.
The applicants should have 5 years of experience in NGOs.
The candidate should have knowledge of HR concepts, HR budgeting, HR compliance, and donor auditing.
Moreover, the aspirant should have knowledge of Humanitarian principles and guidelines, safeguarding policy, process improvement, organisational design and development, and performance management system.
The applicants should have Ex, IT, software skills, leadership skills, coaching, and presentation skill, analytical skill.
The job location will be Cox's Bazar.
