Akij Food and Beverage is looking for an HR executive for its training and development.
The minimum educational requirement for the position is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HRM or Management. Professional Certification in PGDHRM is preferred.
The applicants should have experience of at least 1 to 2 years of experience in HRM, learning and development, training, and food safety.
The candidates should have also experienced in the business area of manufacturing (FMCG).
The aspirant should have the skills of analytical, communication, interpersonal and leadership, negotiation persuasion skills, and presentation skill.
The age limit for the position is 25 to 35 years, and both males and females are allowed to apply.
The job location will be at Dhamrai, Dhaka.
