OCAG launches help desk for pensioners

The Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (OCAG) has launched a help desk to provide pension related services to all pensioners of the country.

Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of Bangladesh Md Nurul Islam today inaugurated the help desk at a function at Audit Building in the city, said a press release.

Among others, Comptroller General of Accounts Fahmida Islam, Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General (Accounts and Reports) SM Rezvi and senior officials of audit and accounts department were present at the inauguration ceremony.

Through feedback and monitoring software, supervision of the help desk will make audit services providing process easier and more people-friendly.

Two help line numbers 01302-589852 and 01858-750606 have also been launched to provide services to pensioners, reports BSS.
