Bangladesh starts getting electricity from India’s Adani

The national grid started receiving electricity from India’s Adani Power on Thursday evening.
Power Grid Company of Bangladesh spokesperson ABM Badruddoza Khan told the media that they were receiving around 50 megawatts of electricity from 7:38pm on Thursday.
“Electricity synchronisation has been done. Now the power plant will start supplying electricity to the national grid until the start of commercial operation,” he said.
