Shwapno wins Asia Marketing Excellence Award 2020

Shwapno, one of the leading chain shops in Bangladesh, won the Asia Marketing Company Award 2020 by Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) for its outstanding performance in the sector.

Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) is the foremost governing body of marketing in the region whose member countries include Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh.

This award reflects the excellence of marketers in the admirable qualities of versatility, innovativeness, and infallible growth.

Shwapno Charmed the jury board, competing against participants from Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Vietnam.

The chain shop has been recognised for their outstanding efforts in the market for their company’s products and services.

This award reflects their excellence in marketing and the admirable qualities of versatility, innovativeness, and strategies that reflect in the consumer’s and the community’s mind, heart and spirit.

The jury members undertook a meticulous assessment of all the submissions throughout November 2020, and selected the winners through a rigorous process.

The Bangladesh Chapter Marketing Society of Bangladesh (MSB) of the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) and Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) chose the nominees in two categories-- Marketing Company of the Year and Marketing 3.0.

After the jury board received all the required documents, they then chose which nominees from respective countries will be eligible to present their defense, which happened virtually this year for the current pandemic situation.

The jury board consisted of jurors from 15 countries which made jury process even more rigorous.

The awarding handing over ceremony is expected to take place on February 2021 in Singapore.

Shwapno was established in 2008 when ACI, a conglomerate of Bangladesh, dabbled into the service sector for the first time with a humble mission to connect consumers with producers.

Shwapno retained the Best Brand Award status in the superstore category Bangladesh Brand Forum for Five consecutive years in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Shwapno was awarded the one of top 10 most loved brands of the country award in 2019 and 2020.
