Evaly gets HC nod to withdraw money from bank accounts

The High Court (HC) permitted Evaly management board to withdraw Tk2.35 crore from two of its bank accounts.
The banks are City Bank and Southeast Bank.
An HC bench comprised of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar issued the order on Sunday following an appeal from the board formed to govern the e-commerce platform.
Meanwhile, the court has also allowed withdrawing Tk 2.5 crore and using nine vehicles of the company to run the organisation.
Besides, the court also asked Bangladesh Bank and National Board of Revenue to provide necessary bank account and wealth information to the board.
