Summit Power`s earnings decline

The earnings of Summit Power Limited have declined due to the delay in receipts of trade receivables, said the company in a disclosure posted on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website on Thursday.

Summit said the coronavirus pandemic has hit its business. 

The company reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.29 for July-September quarter against Tk 1.40 for the same period a year ago. 

Consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of the company stood at Tk 1.25 for July-September, down from Tk 2.87. Consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 32.98 as on September 30 against Tk 31.50 in the previous quarter.
