Bangladesh reports 368 new Covid cases, 25% lower than yesterday

Bangladesh has reported 368 new coronavirus cases and 6 deaths in the last 24 hours till Wednesday morning, according to the Directorate General of Health Services.
The number of new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours was 25 percent lower than a day ago.
With fresh cases, the country's overall caseload now stood at 1566,664 and death toll 27,781, according to the DGHS data.
With the declining coronavirus cases and deaths, Bangladesh is gradually reopening everything, from tourism to transport and educational institutions.
Dhaka University and public schools and colleges have already resumed physical classes from this month, after remaining closed for over 18 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Private universities and colleges are also resuming their classes gradually.
Business and economic activities have almost come back to the pre-pandemic level, according to industry insiders.
