Robi Axiata is going to resume sales of numbers starting with their Airtel brand '016', said Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, managing director and chief executive officer of the company.
He said this at a virtual press conference held on Wednesday.
“The regulatory body BTRC has approved the number with 016. We will start selling soon,” he said at the event.
Earlier last year, BTRC had banned the sales of any number starting with '016' of the Airtel brand.
