Union Bank inaugurated two sub-branches at College Bazar, Karnafuli and Khan Hat, Chandanaish in Chattogram through video conference from head office in Dhaka with maintaining health rules.
Union Bank Managing Director ABM Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury was present as chief guest, said a press release.
Additional Managing Director of the Bank Md Habibur Rahman; Deputy Managing Directors Hasan Iqbal, Md Nazrul Islam; Mayor of Chandanaish Municipality Md Mahabubul Alam Khokha and Principal of Karnafuli AJ Chowdhury College Mohammad Jasim Uddin were present as special guests.
Besides, high officials of head office of the bank, local elite of Chattogram were present at the ceremony.
