EXIM Bank customers can now add money to bKash accounts

From now on, the 1 million account holders of EXIM Bank Limited can transfer fund instantly to any bKash account anytime from anywhere without any charge. 

With this latest integration, 29 commercial banks in the country are now connected to the largest Add Money network of bKash. 

bKash and EXIM Bank jointly launched the service recently, reads a press release.

To transfer fund, EXIM Bank account holders need to add their bKash number as beneficiary first via EXIM Internet Banking portal - AISER, by filling up the necessary information. 

Once added, customers can easily make transactions in few simple steps.

After logging in to the bank account with EXIM Internet Banking user name and password, customers need to find ‘Fund Transfer’ option, go to ‘Transfer to bKash’ and select beneficiary bKash number and bank account number. 

In the next step, the user needs to enter the transfer amount, type remarks and click on ‘Submit’ button. 

Customers will then need to input the Instant PIN code and security PIN code to complete the transaction.

Upon successful transaction, customers will get an SMS notification. For this fund transfer, Bangladesh Bank provided limit will be applicable.

The facility of instant fund transfer service from bank to bKash during this pandemic will enable customers to enjoy safe and contactless bKash services like Send Money, Mobile Recharge, utility bill payment, offline or online merchant payment, donation to various organisations, payment of fees of educational institutions, payment of various online registration fees, etc. 

However, they can also cash out the money in case of emergency from 2,40,000 agent points spread across the country by maintaining health hygiene.

Customers can also Add Money to their bKash account from all Visa and MasterCard issued in Bangladesh.
