CVC Finance Limited signs MoU with Cateina Technologies

CVC Finance Limited and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cateina Technologies Private Limited on March 23. 

This technical partnership will allow both parties to grow in the financial sector, reads a press release.

Cateina will act as a technical partner to CVC Finance in order to facilitate their move towards digitalisation, which will undoubtedly add to the competitive advantage of CVC Finance.

CVC Finance is a financial institution licensed by Bangladesh Bank with a diverse product portfolio that includes traditional lending and deposit products. 

It has been resilient in this pandemic to deliver the best value to its customer. Along with the traditional products, it has focused on creating alternate delivery channels leveraging technology.

Cateina Technologies, based in Mumbai of India, provides solutions on the implementation of Blockchain, Enterprise Application Integration and API management. 

The leadership at Cateina brings vast experience in the requisite areas and professionalism to the service. The team comprises of technocrats who are highly passionate about building products and applications.

Managing Director of CVC Finance Limited Syed Minhaj Ahmed signed the MoU with the Chief Solutions Officer of Cateina Technologies Private Limited Rajish Rajan. 

From CVC Finance, Deputy Managing Director Shah Wareef Hossain, Head of IT Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Head of Operations Faisal Amin and from Cateina Technologies MD and CEO Sanachit Mehra were present during the signing ceremony.  

“To improve the country’s financial inclusion status, there is no other options but to go for alternative digital delivery channels. We are committed to offering our customers technology-based innovative financial services. This partnership will help us to achieve that goal,” Syed Minhaj Ahmed said.
