Walton awards 381 officials for boosting sales

Walton Hi-Tech Industries’ Managing Director, S.M. Mahbubul Alam, along with other senior officials, gathered with the personnel who received the ’Best Employee Award’.
The country's electronics giant, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, has honored a total of 381 officials and sales executives with the 'Best Employee Award' for their outstanding performance in boosting the company's sales during December 2023 and January 2024.
The awardees included sales executives from Walton's distributor network, Marcel's distributor network, and corporate sales and development network, as well as officials from various departments of the company.
Managing Director, S.M. Mahbubul Alam, and Director, Nishat Tasnim Shuchi, of the company presented the awards and crests to the awardees during a programme held at the Walton corporate office in the capital Dhaka on Sunday.
The function was attended, among others, by Walton Plaza's Managing Director, Mohammad Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech Industries' Additional Managing Directors (AMD) Major General (Retd.) Ibne Fazal Shayekhuzzaman, Nazrul Islam Sarker, and Ziaul Alam FCA, Deputy Managing Director Humayun Kabir, Senior Executive Directors SM Zahid Hasan, Ariful Ambia, Mofizur Rahman Jakir, Tanvir Rahman, Firoj Alam, and Didarul Alam Khan (Chief Marketing Officer).
Through a virtual platform, Walton Hi-Tech's Additional Managing Director (AMD) Eva Rezwana Nilu and Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Yusuf Ali also participated in the function.
Addressing the function, Walton's Chief Marketing Officer, Didarul Alam Khan, said that the majority of domestic buyers of electronics items trust Walton products due to their latest technology and innovative features, such as IoT (Internet of Things)-based energy-saving inverter technology products.
Providing swift and top-notch after-sales services through the nationwide service centers under the country's largest ISO-certified service network has also resulted in earning customers' trust.
Walton Hi-Tech manufactures various types of electrical, electronics, home, and kitchen appliances at its state-of-the-art production plants located in Chandra, Gazipur, on the outskirts of the capital city, Dhaka.
Walton's product lineup includes IoT-based, energy-saving inverter technology appliances such as smart fridges, air conditioners, compressors, televisions, lifts, washing machines, and more.
