Minhaj Ahmed elected treasurer of BAPA

Minhaj Ahmed, managing director of Ahmed Food Products, has been elected as treasurer of Bangladesh Agro Processors Association (BAPA) Executive Committee (EC) for the next 2023-25 term.

Besides, Md Iqtadul Haque, owner of Ahmed and Company has been elected as general secretary of the committee, said a press release on Thursday.

Md Abul Hashem, managing director of Hashem Foods, has been elected as president, Md Shahidul Islam, managing director of Banoful & Co. as senior vice-president and Abdul Mazed, deputy managing director of Alin Food Products as vice-president in the recently held election.

These results promise an exciting future for Bangladesh's agro-processing sector under their capable guidance.

Minhaj Ahmed is the youngest treasurer in BAPA’s history.
