SS Steel to buy office floor spaces worth Tk15.4cr

SS Steel, a publicly listed company, has informed that its board of directors has decided to purchase two corporate office floor spaces at a cost of over Tk 15.40 crore.

One of the spaces is 29,772 square feet located at The Pearl Trade Center, Pragati Sarani, North Badda, Dhaka and the other one is 28,679 square feet located at Rahman A J Trade Center, Jagannathpur, Dhaka.

The total costs incurred for purchasing is Tk 15,40,74,505 (Fifteen Crore Forty Lac Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred & Five) only.

SS Steel said this capital expenditure will reduce administrative expenses, enhance focus on operational activities and all units will be centralized.
