Pioneer Insurance Company holds 26th AGM

Pioneer Insurance Company Limited held its 26th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday virtually.
The meeting approved a 35 per cent dividend – 25 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock for the year ended December 31, 2021, as recommended by the board of directors. In the year 2021 the Company earned premium of Tk 286.92 crore and profit after Tax of Tk 58.66 crore, said a press release.
The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with the company's performance during the year.
