Prime Bank holds 27th AGM

The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Prime Bank Limited was held on a virtual platform on Thursday in the presence of 293 shareholders, board of directors, independent scrutiniser, auditors, observers, and high officials of the bank.

The shareholders approved a 17.5-percent cash dividend for the year 2021, read a press release.

Prime Bank Chairman Tanjil Chowdhury presided over the meeting, where, among others, Executive Committee Chairman Zaeem Ahmed; Audit Committee Chairman Anwaruddin Chowdhury; Risk Management Committee Chairman Dr Sharif MNU Bhuiyan; former chairman Azam J Chowdhury; and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer  Hassan O Rashid were present.
