A two-day 3rd International conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 4.0 (STI 2021) began on Saturday on the permanent campus of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB).
University Grants Commission (UGC) member Professor Dr Muhammed Alamgir inaugurated the programme as chief guest, said a press release.
In the conference, Prof Alamgir discussed the strategies to face the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution and making a bridge between the industry and academia.
GUB Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Golam Samdani Fakir; Adviser Prof Dr Md Abdur Razzaque; Dean Prof Dr Md Saiful Azad were present as patron, general chair and organising chair of the conference respectively.
