FSIBL achieves ISO certificate

The First Security Islami Bank Ltd (FSIBL) obtained an internationally renowned and prestigious ISO 27001:2013 certificate for its information security management system.

Ernst and Young Advisory service Bangladesh Ltd, TNV and Hermitage of Management & Standards Ltd (HMS) worked together to assess the information security management system of FSIBL and accorded the certificate on Wednesday, according to a press release.

Managing Director of the bank Syed Waseque Md Ali received the ISO 27001:2013 certificate from Vice President Ernst and Young Advisory service Bangladesh Ltd.

Engineer Md Muiz Tasnim Taqui, Managing Director Abdun Noor, and Director Hermitage of Management & Standards Ltd engineer Md Rubel Miah, Md Mustafa Khair, Additional Managing Director Md Abul Kalam Azad, Head of ICT Division and Chief Information Security Officer Md Mushfiqur Rahman, among ohters, were present in the programme, reads the statement.
