Synesis IT receives ASOCIO Health-tech Award

Synesis IT, a leading IT company in Bangladesh, received the ‘ASOCIO Health-tech Award 2021’ for contributing on Shastho Batayon and for delivering multidimensional digital services.
The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organisation (ASOCIO) is an ICT federation, formed in 1983 by the National ICT Associations of 24 countries in Asia and Oceania. The organisation gives awards in 4 categories every year, said a press release.
With the support of Bangladesh Computer Council, ICT division and many more, this year's largest ICT conference in Bangladesh ‘WCIT 2021’ organised by WITSA, started on November 11 and lasted till November 14th at Bangabandhu International Convention Center in the capital.
The award was presented at the conference on November 12, and it was received by the Managing Director of Synesis IT Sohorab Ahmed Chowdhury.
“Synesis IT, in collaboration with the Department of Health under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has been providing services to the citizens of Bangladesh since 2015 through this mobile based telehealth service center,” he said at the event while receiving the award.
Besides, the Government of Bangladesh awarded Synesis IT the "Digital Bangladesh Award-2020" for its outstanding contribution in the field of digital health.
