ICMAB team meets BSFIC chairman

A delegation of ICMAB led by its President Abu Bakar Siddique FCMA met Md Arifur Rahman Apu, Chairman, Bangladesh Sugar & Food Industries Corporation (BSFIC), at his office on Sunday and discussed matters relating to professional interest.

The ICMAB president apprised the BSFIC chairman regarding the present status and activities of the institute and sought all out support from the government for its further and rapid development, said a press release.

The BSFIC chairman highly appreciated the role of the professional accountants in the economic development of the country and assured to provide full co-operation for the development of CMA profession, it said.

Among others, past president and council member Md Jasim Uddin Akond FCMA and Executive Director Muhammad Abdullah were present.
