Bangladesh General Insurance declares 12% dividend

Bangladesh General Insurance Company Ltd has recommended 12 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2020.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Thursday, the company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.25, a 2.34 percent decrease from Tk 1.28 a year earlier.
Meanwhile, its net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 19.38, up from Tk 18.65 for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place on July 14 via a digital platform.
