NRBC Bank to introduce bond worth Tk 500cr

NRB Commercial Bank will introduce non-convertible unsecured coupon bearing subordinated bond worth Tk 500 crore to boost overall growth and widen microcredit and credit programmes of the bank.

NRB Commercial Bank will introduce non-convertible unsecured coupon bearing subordinated bond to boost overall growth and widen microcredit and credit programmes of the bank, said a press release of the bank on Thursday.

The implementation of the decision will depend upon the approval of regulatory authorities concerned.

The board of directors of the bank made the decision in its 122nd virtual meeting held Thursday afternoon.
