BRAC Bank shareholders approve 15% dividend at 22nd AGM

Shareholders of BRAC Bank have approved 10 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for the financial year 2020 at its 22nd annual general meeting (AGM).
With this, the dividend that the bank's board recommended earlier in April remains unchanged.
The AGM was held on a virtual platform on Thursday, reads a press release.
The meeting was chaired by Dr Ahsan H Mansur, chairman of the board of BRAC Bank.
He highlighted the bank's performance to the shareholders and expressed his gratitude to them.
Managing Director and CEO of the bank Selim RF Hussain responded to the queries of the shareholders and thanked them for their unwavering trust in the bank.
Acting Company Secretary of BRAC Bank M Mahbubur Rahman moderated the session.
