EXIM Bank promotes two as additional managing director

Md Humayun Kabir and Shah Md Abdul Bari have been promoted as additional managing directors of EXIM Bank.
Prior to this promotion, Humayan was working as deputy managing director and chief financial officer in the same bank. He also performed as chief risk officer of the bank, said a press release.
Kabir joined EXIM Bank in 1999. He received Gold Medal in consecutive 3 years for his outstanding performance.
Humayun Kabir took part in a good number of seminars, workshops, and training both at home and abroad in his 37 years banking career, the release added.
On the other side, prior to the promotion, Shah Md Abdul Bari was deputy managing director and head of Internal Control and Compliance Division.
Bari joined EXIM Bank as SAVP in 2001 and acted as the head of different divisions of Head Office.
In his professional career, he has performed his duties as the head of various departments of the bank including general banking, investment, foreign trade, special audit, regional manager, internal control and compliance (ICCD) and human resources division, it reads.
Abdul Bari received Gold Medal in consecutive 3 years for his outstanding performance in Exim Bank.
