SIBL launches 8 agent banking outlets across the country

Social Islami Bank (SIBL) launched 8 new agent banking outlets across the country on Tuesday.

The new agent banking outlets are located at Gazirhat Bazar and Peroli Bazar in Narail, Tonki Bazar in Cumilla, Tarerghat Bazar in Kishoregonj, Mathbaria Bazar in Pirojpur, Tantar Bazar in Brahmanbaria, Pather Bazar in Khulna, and Mirikpur Bazar in Laxmipur, said a press release.

Managing Director and CEO of SIBL Md Tajul Islam virtually inaugurated the outlets as chief guest.

Abu Naser Chowdhury and Md Sirajul Hoque, deputy managing directors; Abdul Hannan Khan, company secretary; Md Moniruzzaman, head of marketing and brand communication division; and Md Mashiur Rahman, head of agent banking division were also present in the programme.

The agents of the outlets and local elites also attended the event, the release added.
