Bank Asia inks refinance facility deal with Bangladesh Bank

Bank Asia has signed an agreement with the Sustainable Finance Department (SFD) of Bangladesh Bank recently for obtaining a refinance facility under Technology Development/Upgradation Fund amounting Tk1,000 crore.

Khondkar Morshed Millat, General Manager of SFD, and Shafiuzzaman, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer of Bank Asia exchanged the signed agreements on behalf of their respective ends, said a press release.

Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank Abu Farah Md Naser was chief guest of the occasion, and Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Nurun Nahar was also present, among others.
