Govt announces 3-day general holiday from Monday

The government announced a three-day general holiday for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure public safety.

"A three-day general holiday on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday has been announced," said Public Administration Minister Farhad Hossain, reports BSS.

Earlier, the curfew was imposed for an indefinite period from 6 pm today in Dhaka Metropolitan area and all divisional headquarters, city corporations, municipalities, industrial areas and district and upazila headquarters.
