PM mourns casualties in Baily Road building fire

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the casualties in a devastating commercial building fire in the city's Baily Road area.

In a message of condolence, she prayed for peace of the departed souls and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved families, said an official release of press wing of Prime Minister, reports BSS.

The Prime Minister also asked the authorities concerned to take prompt measures to give proper treatment to the injured persons.

She appreciated those who were engaged in controlling the blaze quickly.
