Bangladesh, Oman to hold third foreign office consultations today

Bangladesh and Oman will hold their third Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) on Sunday in Muscat.

The consultations will touch upon all issues of mutual interest between the two countries.

Foreign Secretary Ambassador Masud Bin Momen reached Muscat Saturday evening to hold the FOC with Oman, a brotherly country where over 700,000 Bangladesh nationals live and are employed in different sectors.

He was received at Muscat International Airport by his counterpart Sheikh Khalifa Bin Ali Bin Essa Al Hurthy, Under Secretary for Political Affairs of the Foreign Ministry of Oman along with the Chief of Protocol, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They served together in New York as the Permanent Representative of their respective countries.
