Quader released from hospital

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader was released from hospital on Sunday morning.
Public relations officer of the ministry Sheik Walid Foyez confirmed the matter to the media.
He said the minister left the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) at around 10 am and went to the secretariat directly.
After reaching the secretariat, the minister virtually attended the inauguration of the Dhaka Nagar Paribahan, Foyez added.
Sources from the BSMMU said the minister is physically fit now and he will follow the advice from the doctors.
Earlier on December 14. Obaidul Quader was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. A 10-member medical board was formed for his treatment.
